Susan Weaver, FNP-C

Susan started her nursing career in 2006 in the NICU, caring for the most vulnerable of patients. She attended University of Missouri, Kansas City for her Masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and graduated in 2012. She has spent most of her career working in Neurosurgery at Regional Brain and Spine as well as Urgent Care / Emergency Medicine. Susan opened Paisley Grace Med Spa & IV Lounge in 2022. She soon acquired patients that needed a functional medicine approach. She started working on her Functional Medicine certification and has passed board certification for Regenerative & Longevity Medicine with A4M (American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine) in 2024. Susan has helped patients with autoimmune disease, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, Hashimoto’s disease and hypothyroidism. Susan has a passion for her work and every patient is like family to her. Hailey

Hailey is a 2024 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with an emphasis of Exercise Science. She has been a part of the Paisley Grace team since 2022. Hailey has previous experience in personal training working through Mercy HealthPoint Fitness in Jackson, Missouri. She is passionate about making meaningful connections with patients and believes in the wellness of others. She dedicates her energy at Paisley Grace for the health and wellness of the community, which she invites with open arms.
